Why Join Active
Sudbury?

Because Active Sudbury is making our city healthier, happier and more active. Active Sudbury members are community leaders—we don’t wait for change to happen, we make it happen.

We provide our members with the tools they need to foster physical literacy in the city, including free training and learning opportunities.

In addition to these resources, Active Sudbury members gain access to a network of health-focused professionals from across the city, and enjoy the camaraderie of working together toward a shared – and vitally important – goal, and the goodwill of the citizens whose lives we enrich and improve.

Most of all, Active Sudbury members get the satisfaction of knowing they’re making a lasting, meaningful difference in our city.

Who Can Join Active Sudbury?

We’re looking for coaches, teachers, early childhood educators and health professionals to join our network of dedicated health-focused individuals.

Each profession has a different role to play in supporting the development of physical literacy in Greater Sudbury.

Our goal is to provide you with all of the support you need to get our city moving, from free training and equipment to a dedicated network of fellow physical literacy advocates, where you can ask questions, share ideas and get to know each other.
