In this course, you will be introduced to SEL through the following key areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An overview of SEL and its five core competencies.<\/li>\n<li>Self-assessment of your SEL skills and identifying areas for growth.<\/li>\n<li>The impact of unconscious biases on teaching and the importance of understanding and addressing the diverse cultural and social contexts of individuals and communities.<\/li>\n<li>Effective strategies for implementing SEL to promote respect, equity, and inclusion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This course will take approximately 1 hour to complete at your own pace.
