The 2019 Active Sudbury conference theme is “Let’s PLAY! Supporting healthy bodies and healthy minds”. This reflects Active Sudbury’s goal of bringing individuals from multiple sectors together to network and learn how to support the each person’s physical literacy journey. Conference attendees will learn how physical literacy impacts our health by setting the foundation for an active lifestyle.
